The Opportunity

Cala Health is seeking an Operations Technician to join our growing team. The role willreport to VP, Product Development & Ops

Specific Responsibilities also include

• • Assemble medical devices according to manufacturing process instructions.
  • Set up and operate production equipment/fixtures.
  • Perform preparation work such as line clearance.
  • Perform inspection of own and other’s work.
  • Properly complete manufacturing documentation. Initiate basic material requests,report quality issues, record measurements as needed.
  • Maintain the accuracy of identification and count of point-of-use materials.
  • Accurately determine and report material shortages.
  • Follow all corporate, regulatory, safety and production policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an excellent attendance record.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for an Operations Technician to support manufacturing in a dynamic, fastpaced startup environment, exemplified by:

• • High School diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • 4 years of medical device assembly experience
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Good documentation practices
