Clinical Sales Representative

Reporting directly to the Clinic Enterprise Manager, the Clinical Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching specific revenue targets, primarily by educating the healthcare professional community on the Surrey Neuroplasticity Clinic’s services.

 

Responsibilities

    • Educate & increase awareness of neuroplasticity, new technologies, and the clinic’s products/programs
    • Outline sales strategy & tactics; identify & contact list of relevant healthcare professionals
    • Continually increase your own knowledge of therapeutic area(s) & relevant technologies
    • Maintain up-to-date awareness of competition (other clinics, other technologies or rehabilitation programs)
    • Coordinate educational & promotional activities: may include evenings & weekends, some travel.
    • Target CME sessions (e.g. grand rounds, lunch and learns)
    • Attend events & conferences to manage sponsored booths & ensure high return on investment
    • Create a strategic plan for scheduling upcoming events, including target conferences & recommended sponsorship opportunities
    • Collaborate with the marketing & communications team to develop strategies and implement brand tactics to ensure a consistent & resonant sales message
    • Perform other related duties, as required

 

The Ideal Candidate

    • Minimum undergraduate education (life science/rehab science preferred)
    • Background in sales/marketing or business administration is an asset
    • 1-2+ years of GP sales experience in lower mainland
    • Good understanding of the BC healthcare system (Public and Private)
    • Experience working and developing marketing campaigns/new product launches is an asset
    • Previous cross-functional team experience
    • Independent proactive self-starter with exceptional communication skills
    • Demonstrate professionalism, authenticity, good judgment, tact and diplomacy
    • Flexible, agile, and excited by the idea of helping to build something new
