Research Solutions Associate

MindWare Technologies, located in Gahanna, Ohio, specializes in biomedical research systems and provides complete laboratory solutions in psychophysiology and related fields. This research solutions associate position requires a customer-focused approach to developing new business and maintaining client relationships while exemplifying a tradition of excellence.

Job Duties

• • Devise effective plans to target new customers
  • Develop new business through existing relationships, on-site visits, and marketing efforts
  • Grow a network of current and future customers to drive future opportunities
  • Represent organization at scientific conferences globally
  • Identify project scopes and generate proposals that meet client needs and budget
  • Negotiate business, resolve issues, and meet internal and external deadlines
  • Own customer relationship through sales, follow up, and ongoing maintenance
  • Enter, update, and maintain sales efforts and activities in customer database
  • Respond to customer inquiries and communications in a timely manner
  • Up to 40% travel required
  • Other duties as needed
