You can work from remote (from anywhere you prefer) and asynchronously (at anytime you want). You can also work from our office at STPLN, in Malmö metropolitan area (Sweden). We expect an engaging time of about 4h/day.

Quantum Thinkers is a new-born company based in Malmö Sweden that aims to become a primary player in the Brain Computer Interface (BCI) sector. Our approach to BCI and neuroscience is brazen and daring. We want to have fun with BCI and make them simple for everyone.

As Grant Writer you will be responsible researching, writing and coordinating the grant application process; management of proposals and maintaining a fundings provider database. You will reports directly to the Vice President.

The monthly starting salary for this position is 600€, to be payed on a monthly basis by direct deposit. In addition to this starting salary, we’re offering you a bonuses starting from 600€/month if you succeed your quarter goals.

Your employment with QuantumThinkers will be on an at-will basis, which means you and the company are free to terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason.

Your duties:

• • Write high-quality grant proposal narratives, applications, and supporting documents
  • Responsible for researching, collecting data, and writing of each grant
  • Manage the proposal submission process to ensure timely submission of all required materials.
  • Develops and maintains a proposal calendar
  • Coordinate and follow-ups on the progress of submitted proposals
  • Develops an annual grants strategy
  • Conduct prospect research to identify, cultivate and solicit new grants
  • Work with department managers to compile financials and data

Your Experience/Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Swedish language is a must. (mothertongue is preferred)
  • Ability to write successful grant proposals (can you demostrate your skill?)
  • Clear, precise and compelling writing skills
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Motivated self starter with the ability to work independently with purpose and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence with digital office tools (online calendar, online word-processor, etc.)
  • A genuine curiosity for biosensors
