The Military Liaison is a natural leader with an honorable military record who oversees and manages certain operational aspects of ongoing projects – serving as liaison between the U.S. customer, other government agencies, and Arctop teams delivering products in training, cybersecurity and health. The Military Liaison directly coordinates efforts across program management, planning, project teams, field, and engineering. This position is a business management role within the CEO’s Office, based in San Francisco, CA.

Key Job Responsibilities

• • Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. military and partners in the defense-services industry.
  • Present Arctop capabilities to different stakeholders through live demonstrations, project update briefings, and other materials on a regular basis.
  • Qualify incoming opportunities and develop new relationships globally.

Basic Requirements

• • U.S. citizen with security clearance or the ability to obtain clearance.
  • Highly organized approach to project management with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work closely with multiple functional organizations (engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, field operations, etc.).
  • Experience reading and interpreting government or military specifications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Requirements

• • Design and operational knowledge of Air Force and/or Navy Programs.
  • Special operations or aircraft training systems experience.
