The Health and Safety Initiatives, Special Projects Lead, is a natural leader who oversees and manages certain operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between health and safety partners, clients, and Arctop business and R&D units. The Health and Safety Initiatives, Special Projects Lead directly coordinates efforts across program management, planning, project teams, and public discourse. This position is a business management role within the CEO’s Office, based in San Francisco, CA.

Primary Responsibilities

• • Organize, plan, and lead health and safety initiatives across a portfolio of neurological, mental, physical, and psychological use-cases.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and clients in ongoing health and safety initiatives.
  • Regularly present Arctop capabilities to different stakeholders through live demonstrations, project update briefings, and other materials.
  • Qualify incoming opportunities and develop new relationships aimed at major issues in health and safety that Arctop technology is uniquely fit to address.

Basic Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • Inspired to solve some of the biggest health and safety issues in society today. A compassion for patients and drive to improve their quality of life with an equal passion
  • for enhancing the health of the healthy.
  • Highly organized approach to project management with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work closely with multiple functional organizations (engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, field operations, etc.).

Preferred Requirements

• • 4+ years in health technology or health care experience.
  • Direct experience developing products and services to answer medical needs or expand human abilities.
  • Familiar with the “self-knowledge through numbers” quantified self movement and a range of health monitoring programs around the world.
