ELECTRONIC ENGINEER – SURGICAL ROBOTICS
WHAT TO EXPECT
Medineering, a part of the Brainlab Group, is a technological driver for novel surgical robotic systems. We combine minimally invasive surgery with the art of engineering to facilitate user’s existing needs and to provide new possibilities and functionalities for tomorrow. For our multi-disciplinary team consisting of software engineers, project engineers as well as hardware designers, we are looking for a motivated Electronic Engineer, who contributes positively to our existing culture and is passionate about developing advanced surgical technologies.
As an Electronic Engineer in this role, you will develop electronics modules and systems from the first idea to market launch including:
- systematic development of concepts and proof thereof
- selection of components, prototyping and testing
- creation of technical documents according to international and company standards and verification
- driving the development process through own ideas and innovations for better products
WHAT YOU OFFER
- education in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or related discipline
- first working experience in electronics development (private or professional)
- knowledge about analogue and digital circuit technology
- basic knowledge of git, gitlab and KiCAD
- experience in handling measuring instruments in the field of electronics development
- enthusiasm for technology and a creative mind
- ability and commitment for problem solving
- excellent written and oral communication skills in English, German is a strong plus
- good communication skills as well as a well-organized and clearly structured working style
