The Division of Psychology and Language Sciences at University College London seeks to appoint a new Lecturer in Quantitative Psychology. We welcome applications from academics in any substantive field of psychology with a strong focus on the development and/or application of quantitative methods.

The successful candidate will have a strong developing research profile, reflected in publications in leading international journals, evidence of impact or engagement beyond the university sector, and award of research funding appropriate to career stage. In addition to research, the successful candidate will be expected to engage in a range of activities including teaching, project supervision, pastoral care, and the normal administrative duties expected of a member of academic staff. As part of a small team with other academics at the Division, the successful candidate will be expected to take an active role in innovating and strengthening the provision of statistics education at postgraduate (MSc) level.

The appointment will be on UCL Grade 8. The salary range will be £44,674 – £52,701 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance. The post is available from July 2020.

The candidate must have a PhD in Psychology or a related field and post-doctoral research experience. They must have experience of teaching and project supervision at Undergraduate and/or Masters level.
