Software Engineer, Neural Signal Research

 

Neuralink is developing ultra-high bandwidth brain-machine interfaces to connect humans and computers. We are building a team of multidisciplinary experts passionate about making a world-changing impact.

The Neural Signal Research team is responsible for interpreting data from Neuralink’s proprietary neural devices, and building quantitative models to describe as well as correlate data to observations.

The team works closely with neuroscientists and electronics engineers to build models, systems, processes and applications to enable large-scale industrial quality neuroscience research and devices.

  • You are a cross-disciplinary team member. You are excited to work with and learn from software, mechanical, electrical, materials, biological engineers, and neuroscientists. You are comfortable communicating across teams.
  • Resourceful, flexible and adaptable; no task is too big or too small.

 

Key qualifications:

  • High achievers with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Strong coding abilities (C/C++ required; Verilog, FPGA or GPU programming experience would be a bonus)
