The candidate will be in charge of designing and developing the software infrastructure for capture, storage and operational data processing in support of the hybrid modeling team. Challenges include the management of large, diverse databases (MRI, EEG), and creating operational pipelines combining different software tools, computationally demanding algorithms and intense throughput services.
