Role – Human Resources Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Management Specialist to lead our HR department and oversee the recruitment and retention of employees at BrainCo and help us build a purposeful workplace culture.
As a Human Resources Manager, you will work with the Executive Team to help in building the workplace culture and set KPIs that are aligned with the company’s vision to ensure team members’ growth and a positive workplace experience.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with other departments in the process of recruitment and retention
- Work with headhunters to acquire desired talent based on company strategy
- Define onboarding and exit activities of employees
- Supervise compensation, benefits, and payroll procedures
- Provide suggestions on improvement of incentive structures
- Maintain employee engagement and manage employer-employee relationships
- Develop and oversee employee orientation and new employee training program
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning
- Conduct and keep track of timely performance reviews and evaluations of employees
- Boost team morale and provide counseling & coaching to individual employee when needed
- Institute systematic codes of professional conduct and serve as guardian
- Provide training to elevate skill-level of existing HR team
Requirements
- 5+ years working experience, HRM or HRD experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Working knowledge of US federal and state employment law
- Strong conflict management skills
- Native-level English spoken and written skills
- Work experience in diverse cultural backgrounds is highly appreciated
- Must have US work authorization
