We’re looking for an agile, motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced collaborative environment and who is similarly passionate about making a real difference in mental healthcare. Our offices are located centrally in downtown Montreal, next to Bonaventure metro and other transport links. This is a full-time, salaried position, based in Montreal.

We work in an agile environment, where everyone is expected to build and improve existing frameworks as needed to support the growing expectations placed on the software. QA specialists work in close cooperation with programmers, QA and product owner. We are looking for a person who is detail oriented and is passionate about QA. The QA specialist will be expected to create testing strategies and automated regression tests for our web-based application, all while being mindful of the clients’ needs and requirements.

Summary of required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a software QA Specialist
• Demonstrated ability in creating test cases
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts
• Strong communication skills in English

Additional desirable qualifications:

• Experience in the testing of web-based applications
• Experience with performance testing
• Experience with SQL, Selenium and .net framework
