Visual Sensors Assembly Engineer
Constant adoption of newest digital sensors is an absolute requirement for cutting-edge Eye Tracking technology. At Purple Gaze we evaluate video streaming hardware and optimize postprocessing algorithms for reliable and efficient machine vision.
Duties:
- Prototyping embedded image processing designs
- Wiring IR CMOS sensors to I2C and MIPI lanes of ARM dev boards
- Developing Linux drivers and user APIs for high-frequency video streaming
- Working in close collaboration with application image quality team
Qualifications:
- MSc Microelectronics Systems / Digital Integrated Circuit Design
- Soldering and physical assembly of PCB components
- Calibration of CMOS output and performance
- Basic understanding of computer vision pipeline
