• Identify, develop, optimize and deploy new high-throughput screening assays to generate high quality and reproducible data.
• Chose and assemble robotic equipment and configure software for complete automation of our HTS assays.
• Work collaboratively with scientists, automation, and software engineers to build efficient, automated laboratory work flows in support of high throughput screening solutions.
• Work with cross-functional project teams to develop and deploy tools (both laboratory and analysis) to support screening of different molecules or phase states.

• PhD or demonstrable equivalent at the interface of Life Sciences and Automation.
• 3+ years laboratory experience, prior industry experience in automation and designing, developing, and executing HTS workflows.
• You can quickly trouble-shoot technical difficulties, maintain excellent scientific records and clearly communicate your results to a non-scientific audience. We expect you to do some travel to our secondary sites and clients for extended periods as necessary (4 weeks total per year) – US, Europe, Asia and Africa.
• You are keen to lead and mentor junior biologists and engineers with clarity.
