Sales Manager (Medical Devices)

Neuroelectrics, a biomedical company based in Barcelona (Spain) and Boston (USA), is looking for an exceptional international Sales Manager. We are driving a revolution in how we measure and modulate the activity of our electrical brains, which will have a massive impact on brain health.

Start date: ASAP

 

We need a self-motivated professional with proven commercial experience and an outstanding track record in sales of medical devices or high-tech research products. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets within assigned regions and accounts.

 

Required education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or superior) in Science or Engineering.
  • Ideally neuroscience background.

 

Responsabilities:

  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Find prospects and leads.
  • Develop and manage distributors.
  • Learn details about our products and services.
  • Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants.
  • Explain how our solutions align with their pain points.
  • Analyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement.
  • Identify process bottlenecks.
  • Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.
  • Up-sell when appropriate.
  • Support the Marketing team in the planning and organisation of events and congresses.
  • Support the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectives.
  • Track and monitor your work.
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role ideally in the medical or research equipment field.
  • Experience in EEG and/or neuromodulation a plus.
  • Proven record of successful deals closed.
  • Great command of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
  • Team player.
