Position Overview:
The Associate Marketing Manager – Commercial Programs is responsible for excellence in execution of commercial programs for NeuroStar. He/she assists in the development, collaboration, administration, and tracking of commercial sales programs that assist NeuroStar physician practices in driving patient awareness, patient satisfaction, and practice utilization. You will also serve as a brand-champion to our practices, partnering with them to ensure the consistency of our brand style and language in co-operative advertisements. Practices will see you as an extension of the NeuroStar Practice Consultant team, and thus, you should strive to provide an excellent customer experience. You may also support the marketing team in other key projects and tasks as needed
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all operational logistics related to commercial programs, such as our physician loyalty program, co-op advertising, and others.
- Responsible for collaborating with 3rd party vendors to formulate parameters and facilitate successful implementation of each program.
- Responsible for collaborating with Finance and reporting on the financial impact of each program.
- Responsible for compiling presentations and training on all aspects of each program.
- Responsible for providing support to Sales and customers on all activities related to program procedures, including providing guidance on program parameters.
- Handle customer and internal inquiries and complaints associated with each program as well as provide status updates on the progress of customer participation.
- Responsible for determining acceptability (or unacceptability) of required documentation submitted by participating customers on a weekly basis.
- Sole communicator to customers on the pass/fail criteria of required program submissions and the reason for failure when this occurs.
- Responsible for oversight of signed program agreements.
- Track performance by participating customers.
- Build, manage, and maintain reports to track ROI and success metrics.
- Develop and cultivate favorable relationships with existing and potential customers.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
- Previous experience in supporting commercial programs, marketing automation (Microsoft Dynamics) and/or the sales process preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to review creative pieces and identify/communicate adherence or discrepancies to the brand guidelines.
- Responsive to the needs of others, acting quickly to answer questions and solve problems.
- Organized, detailed oriented, with good documentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical details and communicate them in a simple manner.
- Able to work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
- Demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Highly motivated and dedicated individual.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years experience in marketing required, preferably in life sciences or medical device
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience marketing, selling to, or communicating with physician office-based channel preferred
Minimal travel required
