Participants Wanted for Research About Memory
The Memory and Aging Lab in the School of Psychology at Georgia Tech is using EEG signals to understand memory changes in aging.
What is EEG?
Safe, painless and non-invasive methods that allow us to examine brain activity.
What will I have to do?
We will ask you to study pictures and remember them for an hour or so. We will be measuring your brain activity while you do this. You will be in constant contact with the researcher who will ensure that you are comfortable.
How long will it take?
No more than 3 hours.
What will I get out of it?
Your results will help us understand whether brain signals can be used to understand memory changes across the lifespan. We will also compensate you $12/hour or 1 course credit/hour plus travel expense.
Who can participate?
Adults between 18-80 years old without neurological disorders.
How do I sign up?
Call the lab at 404-385-3699 or email us at techmemorylab@psych.gatech.edu.
