The Platform Product Manager at XRHealth leads our platform product including infrastructure, back-end and SDK. This is a highly technical role defining requirements for the platform according to various needs from other product teams.

As the Platform PM you will be in charge of all the backend integration that support the data and information flow between the multiple end points of the system. You should have a knack for integrating systems, understanding data structures and building great APIs that serve other product teams.

You will be a key member of the Product Management team, responsible for product strategy and execution.

We are looking for someone that swims easily in dynamic waters, prioritizes aggressively, a tech savvy with previous hands on development experience that brilliantly leads their team to deliver value.

What you will be in charge of:

• Defining requirements for back-end teams: Server, SDK , Infrastructure.
• Communicate with various product teams to define their product requirements from the backend.
• Define and execute CI/CD process across the company’s services.
• Responsible of integration projects between CRM / EHR (Electronic Health Record) / Product Back-end.
• Executing – ideation, planning, designing, developing, testing, releasing… with the highest standards of work
• Leading product squads – Developers, QA, etc. in an Agile development environment

Requirements – Platform Product Manager:

• CS degree from a top-tier university or equivalent experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience as a Platform Product Manager on a SAAS platform.
• A strong background working with APIs, Authentication protocols and SDK’s
• Cloud/SaaS knowledge and experience is highly desired
• Previous experience as a developer – preferably back-end developer.
• Exceptional ability to balance strategy, product experience, and daily execution
• Extensive experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Proven success in managing products in a worldwide scale.
