Looking for a phd candidate

We are seeking applicants for an open PhD position in Cognitive Neuroscience in Marseille (France) to work with us on topics related to attentional capture and action inhibition, using non-invasive brain stimulation techniques and oculomotor and electromyographic recordings.

The successful applicant will work with Dr. Anna Montagnini (INT, Marseille) and Dr. Stefania Ficarella (Onera, Salon de Provence). The candidate will apply, with our help and supervision, to local and regional funding agencies, to obtain a full studentship for a PhD project which has been shortlisted for funding.

Potential candidates should have a strong background in Cognitive Neuroscience and motivation for research. Basic programming skills in Matlab and/or Python are strongly desired. Previous experience with eye movements recordings or neuroimaging is a plus.
