eemagine is looking for a Hardware Engineer (with experience/senior) for our office in Berlin, Germany. He/she will join our highly qualified, international and multi-disciplinary team working on product development / marketing and scientific technology projects. The selected candidate will report to Head of Electronics Development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Electronic components selection, schematic and layout design according to technical specifications and functional requirements;
• Prototyping, testing and debugging of electronic modules;
• Maintenance, improvement and modification of existing design
• Creating and maintenance of design documentation for each project life cycle;
• Overseeing of the manufacturing process (e.g. communication with PCBA manufacturer, production department);
• Collaboration with other team members, Software developers and other departments on relevant tasks

Qualifications:

• Master’s or equivalent degree in electrical, computer engineering or similar field;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant full-time working experience, more is a plus
• Digital and analog circuitry design, PCB layout;
• EMC design fundamentals;
• Prototyping, testing experience;
• Analytical thinking;
• Good technical writing (English);
• Good communication skills (English)
• Collaboration readiness and understanding of team work
