Job Description:

As a Jr Product Manager, you are expected to assist Marketing Product Management to bring leading-edge neurology-based products to our global markets.

To be successful as a Jr Product Manager, you should be familiar with the applications of the assigned and associated ANT-Neuro products with special focus on the navigated Neuromodulation product line in clinical and/or research markets. You will enjoy a dynamic atmosphere interacting with the product management and global marketing team, sales, engineering, and occasionally end-users. You will support the creation of market-based product and business planning documents for the product line and contribute to the management of related marketing/engineering projects.

In this position you will work full time as part of our Marketing Team and report to the Senior Marketing Director with day-to-day reporting to the assigned senior product manager.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project management responsibility for selected navigated TMS related development projects.
  • Contributor of the User’s Requirements for all assigned products
  • Support existing and find/drive new opportunities for funded projects
  • Assist the Marketing Communications Team to generate related content for distribution online and other media venues to communicate our products value
  • Assist with developing user documentation and development of training materials
  • Participate, as needed, in educational programs
  • Monitor corporate website and social media pages to effectively communicate product information
  • Support activities in Product Development and Product Management including on-site visits for conferences, customers and partners

 

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Ability to assist with developing business and product planning documents to support greater market acceptance/penetration of the existing visor2 navigated TMS product line(s), and to drive towards the development and commercialization of advanced product applications.
  • Willingness to work with, and support, all functional divisions to achieve product line goals
  • Relevant Bachelor‘s Degree (Minimum)
  • Ability to demonstrate good time management skills in a fast-moving environment
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and willingness up to travel, up to 40% during peak travel periods
  • High motivation to learn new methodologies and adapt to new tasks/skills
  • Good presentation skills for the technical and clinical demonstrations of the assigned product
  • Team oriented and open minded
  • High level of proficiency in the English language

 

Preferred Additional Skills/ Experiences:

  • Background in Neuroscience or biomedical engineering with a focus on Neuroscience applications or other clinical discipline
  • Masters or PhD degree
  • Additional languages including German being beneficial
