We are growing and are looking for a Full Stack Engineering Manager to join our mission in developing life saving software!

Job Description

As an Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading a team that is responsible to deliver new capabilities, from early stages to production of new and exciting products.

You will lead the full development life cycle, including:

• Build and mentor the team, setting and maintaining high standards of execution within the team.
• Manage the team’s work on a day to day basis.
• Work closely with product management, to design and implement our products to lead the market.
• Mentor and advise your team in methodologies, technology and more.
• Be an enabler for the company’s growth.
• Manage top talent and grow the team with your vision.

Requirements:

• People person, team player and strong can do mentality
• 3+ years of experience in growing and leading full stack teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong ability in taking a business challenge, transforming it into a plan and leading its execution.
• Experience in working with cloud environments – big plus.
• B.SC or higher in Computer Science or similar.

Location:

We are located in San Francisco and Tel Aviv. This position is based in Tel Aviv.

Our office in Tel-Aviv is located in Menachem Begin 150, within walking distance of Arlozorov and Ha’Shalom train stations.
