Prism Technology is developing the killer app for brain computer interfaces.

Our application, a video game which helps users reduce stress and achieve peak performance, is built on over 30 years of peer-reviewed research, and combines the best of modern neuroscience hardware with the latest in machine learning technology.

Through simple games and exercises, customers will develop skills to better control their sympathetic nervous system response- resulting in better focus, relaxation, and stress reduction.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Growth Hacker to own communication with our target audience as we prepare for MVP and experiment with product-market fit.

Although you should be comfortable with high-level planning and strategy, since we’re early stage, we’re looking for a jack-of-all-trades who isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty… and get into the weeds of ad copy, ppc performance, graphic design, community management, and website design.

Of course, while we don’t expect you to be an expert in all of these areas, a working knowledge and willingness to learn & fill gaps are a must.

As we’re a direct-to-consumer company, the perfect candidate will be someone who is scientifically literate but can simplify the messaging for the average audience.

Please note the since this is a startup in it’s earliest stages, compensation will be entirely in equity.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Own customer facing communication
• Develop website, landing pages, and paid ads which convert
• Utilize an iterative approach to testing campaigns
• Bring a perspective on Brand Strategy, Identity, Design, and Voice
• Speak with customers and potential customers to understand their perspective
