Neuralink is developing ultra-high bandwidth brain-machine interfaces to connect humans and computers. We are building a team of multidisciplinary experts passionate about making a world-changing impact.

In this role, you will interact with Neuralink’s technical and clinical teams to ensure that preclinical safety studies are carried out, critical data is gathered to support regulatory filings, and methods comply with good laboratory practices. You will work closely with senior staff to perform rigorous benchtop testing, troubleshooting, scripting, and data analysis. You must thrive in an intense, mission-driven, and collaborative environment.

Key qualifications:

  • Evidence of exceptional ability in engineering.
  • Experience with electrical engineering principles.
  • Experience in programming and scripting.
  • Evidence of exceptional ability to quickly design and implement things that work.
  • Experience designing hardware test systems from the ground up.
  • Skilled in Solidworks or other CAD.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, thrives working in an interdisciplinary environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
  • Immediate availability.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with medical device regulation and testing is a plus.
  • Experiencing writing production-grade Python.
