About the job

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general user support and respond to internal IT requests in a timely manner with excellent customer service; Act as escalation point for technical issues as needed
  • Maintain & support the Windows environment (packaging new applications, rolling out application updates, & configuration changes)
  • Resolve hardware & software incidents; Procure hardware and manage inventory
  • Provide support for business applications including Google G Suite for business, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and any other platform.
  • Assist in the administration, onboarding and offboarding of users of E-mail, Teams, Active Directory, Zoom, Adobe, and other corporate IT and Security SaaS applications
  • Keep team and manager informed of trends, significant problems, or unexpected delays and make proactive recommendations for improvements.
  • Create and update procedures and technical documentation in our knowledge base and IT support pages
  • Monitor security and enforce of HIPAA in systems for all users.
  • Review all operation systems and make sure that they are configure based on company cyber security policy.
  • Complete Gap analysis of business contingency define with CISO and complete implementation.
  • Define maintenance activities to be performed by help desk outsource company and in-house.
  • Configuration of new systems to comply with company cyber security policy for access.
  • Work closely with R & D and Operations team to support business needs.
  • Research and recommend new systems and software based on business needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Network Administration/Computer Information Systems or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 + years’ relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration experience
  • Experience troubleshooting in a Windows environment
  • Experience with Active Directory and VoIP (Comcast Business) support
  • General understanding of HIPAA

 

Bonus Points:

  • Healthcare or other security/compliance regulated industry experience
  • Knowledge or experience with AWS, Azure, Cyber Security
  • Experience with Fortinet support is a big plus
  • Industry certifications (Security+, Comp Tia A+, Network+)
  • Understanding of Networking (DHCP, DNS, etc.)
  • Experience with VR
