Neuromarketing Research Assistant

Synetiq is seeking its enthusiastic entry-level member of the Client Services team to serve leading brands better with high-quality emotional data.

 

An interest and curiosity for ads, videos, consumer psychology is a good starting asset, and we are willing to teach you all we know about research, neuromarketing, data analysis and more. Your job will be to support the rest of the Client Services team, but we think long-term and want to give you a chance to grow.

 

Responsibilities:

  • measurement preparation: prepare questionnaires and ads for each and every projects we carry out, select and categorise ads, test the research design
  • keep in touch with internal and external stakeholders related to the measurement: report bugs towards the engineering team, serve as a mediator between Synetiq and its partners related to the neuro measurement
  • preparation of presentations for analysts: fill results and data into shiny PPTs to help the work of your fellow client-facing colleagues
  • managing, maintaining and upgrading our ad-database: our database is the core of our work, you will be asked to make updates, categorisation, directed ad-search, etc in it to make the work smoother and our insights more data-driven
  • supervise measurements: you will be introduced to our laboratory work and might be asked to supervise lab assistants’ work
  • CRM database maintenance: help sales team’s work with updating and maintaining the customer database
  • help preparing webinars and other client events: assist the marketing manager with tasks related to events including organising, event supervision, technical assistance and follow-up with participants

 

Requirements:

  • you are finishing or just finished studies at a university majoring in marketing, economics, psychology, statistics, or social sciences
  • interest in ads and advertising
  • attention to detail, precision, experience with data
  • responsibility & reliability: you feel ownership for your work
  • ability to work individually
  • be a team player: follow the needs of the wider team and consider the whole process when making decisions
  • good communication and problem solving skills: be able to communicate clearly in a kind way with the colleagues
  • eye for data: recognise patterns and outliers
  • confident use of English and Hungarian both in speaking and writing
  • confident use of Microsoft Office and digital tools

 

Appreciated:

  • interest in neuromarketing, emotions, advertising and technology
  • experience with questionnaire softwares (LimeSurvey, Survey Monkey, etc.)
  • good sense of humor
  • some experience at a research agency
  • motivation to grow and become a media analyst
