Neuralink is developing ultra-high bandwidth brain-machine interfaces to connect humans and computers. We are building a team of multidisciplinary experts passionate about making a world-changing impact.

As a Process Technician at Neuralink, you will be working in our in-house cleanroom to manufacture microfabricated electrodes to be inserted into the brain. You will be responsible for processing wafers at various steps, including but not limited to, wet etch, dry etch, thin film deposition, lithography, film characterization, wafer inspection, and quality control. You will also work with our equipment engineers to maintain and troubleshoot existing equipment.

Key qualifications:

  • Desire to work reliably with small and delicate processes where precision is critical.
  • Attention to detail and great work ethics.
  • Solid understanding of basic material science, semiconductor physics, and chemistry fundamentals.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Qualification and Acceptance Testing.
  • Experience with production tools and best practices, such as work orders, issue tracking, inventory, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
  • Experience in a cleanroom environment.
