Quantitative Engineer, BMI Applications

Neuralink is developing ultra-high bandwidth brain-machine interfaces to connect humans and computers. We are building a team of multidisciplinary experts passionate about making a world-changing impact.

Neuralink is seeking engineers to support the development of next generation BMI through valuable data analysis, defining key metrics, design and conducting BMI experiments, and developing ML-models for BMI neural decoders. You will work with neuroscientists, physicians, software and electrical engineers to design, test and deploy high-performance software systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Evidence of exceptional ability in engineering, mathematics, or computer science.
• Experience in analyzing complex datasets, driving insights, and communicating results in a simple and clear way.
• Experience in designing and productionizing ML models.
• Strong understanding of engineering first principles.
• Experience coding in Python.

Additional qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in data analysis and ML.
