Our goal is to improve the accuracy and efficiency of ASD diagnosis, leading to better outcomes for patients and their families.

Role Description

The Senior Scientific Officer will be responsible for leading and managing research projects related to the development of diagnostic tests for ASD. This is a full-time hybrid role that will be based primarily in the Greater Boston area, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Scientific Officer will be responsible for day-to-day laboratory activities, overseeing junior researchers, and managing project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong background in science and physics
• Experience in university teaching and research
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and budgets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor junior researchers
• Experience with diagnostic test development
• PhD in a related field
• Experience with autism research is a plus
