The Opportunity          

We have an amazing opportunity for a new Level 1 Technical Support Analyst. You will be the first contact and responsible for resolving end-users IT issues, including workstation, network, printer issues etc. Perform questions/problems diagnoses, guide users through issue resolution, communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly term and provide end-user training if necessary. You will also be responsible for ensuring new hire’s proper accounts and access are active as well as assign corporate equipment. 

 

What You’ll Do          

  • Provide technical expertise/support to all Synaptive employees through our ticketing system
  • Onboarding new hires with equipment and proper account access
  • Assist and support implementations of modern technologies to improve Synaptive employees’ workflow
  • Administer Office account setups, distribution lists, shared resources
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot applications that are used across the organization.
  • Train, educate, and support end-users with applications currently being used.
  • Record, track, and document service desk request problem-solving process, and actions taken through to final resolution.

 

What You’ll Need

  • Post-secondary diploma, degree or certification
  • Experience with Windows 10 OS, MacOS and iOS devices Strong customer service skill set
  • Experience providing technical support for Microsoft Office 365, Windows, and Active Directory
  • A valid Canadian or USA passport is required
