We are a consultancy specializing in providing research services and technological solutions at the intersection of neuroscience, neurotechnology, and artificial intelligence.

The successful candidate(s) will play a key role in developing data processing pipelines, applying machine learning techniques, and deriving insights from diverse types of neural data such as fMRI, EEG, intracranial EEG, and more. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge neurotechnology projects and push the boundaries of what is possible with brain data.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preprocess and prepare neural data from various sources for analysis
  • Build, validate, and optimize machine learning models to decode neural patterns
  • Develop and implement dimensionality reduction and feature importance techniques
  • Collaborate with neuroscientists and clinicians to design data processing pipelines
  • Automate analysis pipelines and scale solutions for high-performance computing
  • Contribute to research publications by conducting rigorous data analysis

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong background in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling
  • Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (e.g. NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
  • Experience handling and processing large, complex datasets
  • Familiarity with neural data modalities like fMRI, EEG, etc.
  • Familiarity with neuroscience Python libraries (MNE, ANTs, FSL) is a major plus
  • Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals and deep learning architectures like CNNs, RNNs, Transformers
  • Ability to develop creative solutions and critically evaluate advanced methods
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
