Our Vision

⌨️ Over the past 30 years, we have expanded our human capabilities through digitalization. This has made us more productive but our interfaces to interact with them haven’t kept up. Keyboards and mice, 30 years old inventions, have remained the standard & voice is still slow & not private.

👓⌚️ With wearables becoming universal (e.g.: earphones, smart watches…) and the advent of AR/VR, our digital capabilities are poised to expand even faster and be even more integrated in our daily lives. We need to rethink how we interface with the digital world.

Role Description

🎧🧠 We’re on the cusp of launching our first product, and your mission is to maximize our Return on Ad Spend.

🚀 Partnering closely with our CEO, you’ll take the reins of our Pre-Launch strategy and hone our Sales Funnel to precision once we hit the market.

👏🏽 Pre-Launch: Your mission is to expand the Wisear community across various channels (Discord, Mailing List, LinkedIn). You’ll craft and execute innovative strategies to attract future customers to our platforms and keep them engaged.

🧾 Post-Launch: Post-debut, your focus will shift to refining our acquisition funnel, captivating and converting the audience you’ve nurtured.

👟📊 Analytics: At Wisear, we thrive on AI and data-driven decisions. You’ll be expected to analyze and swiftly iterate on the strategies you deploy.

🤖 Automate with AI: Efficiency is our mantra, and smart utilization is our expectation. We anticipate you’ll leverage every AI tool at your disposal, existing and emerging alike, in the most inventive ways to meet your objectives.

Experience

• MSc in Business / Communication / Marketing
• 1+ previous Growth Hacking Experience

Qualifications

Must Have

• Growth Hacking mindset – do more with less
• Ability to learn (fast) & with little supervision
• Data Analytics & AB Testing
• Gen AI Tool Master (ChatGPT, Dall-E, SORA, Canva, Gemini…)

Nice To Have

• Social Media Audience Growth & Management (Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram, Mailchimp)
• Web Analytics and Conversion Optimization skills (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager…)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience with SEO and SEM is a plus (Google Search Console…)
