The successful candidate will be assisting the Thinker Maker Space team at the Media Desk and assisting members and visitors for everyday tasks such as aiding members in the use of equipment along with monitoring the TMS booking and lending Portal. 

Required Skills

• Educated to degree level in any relevant field of Visual Arts or Design. 
• Manage bookings and lending system. 
• Social media enthusiast. 
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and research skills. 
• Demonstrate good understanding of a makerspace operation. 
• Good video and photo editing & montage skills. 
• Ability to work independently. 
• PC and Microsoft Office proficiency. 
• Language requirements: Excellent written and oral English-language skills will be required. 
• Consistent with deadlines. 
• Problem solving & multitasking.

Objectives

• Lending Equipment 
• Presenting Media Desk capabilities to members and visitors 
• Aiding members in the use and set up of the Media Desk equipment. Particularly 3D scanning and photogrammetry. 
• Maintenance and charges of equipment returned. 
• Might needs to assist TMS technicians in everyday smaller tasks.
